About Our Fees

Our injury and tort cases are generally accepted on a "contingent fee basis." This means we only collect a fee if we obtain a recovery on your behalf. While each case is unique, the fee is normally a percentage of the total recovery obtained.

Hourly fees are often more appropriate for certain types of civil litigation and small business law services. Our hourly fees vary depending on the type of litigation/work performed, as well as State and local laws.

Much of wills, trusts, and estate planning services, as well as many small business law projects, are accepted on a flat fee basis. This means you will be charged a single agreed upon price for all legal services performed.
