Frank is a passionate litigator seeking justice for the injured, the disadvantaged, the abused, the confused, and other victims of the negligence, recklessness, malice, and greed of individuals, corporations, and the government. Frank approaches each case not as a "small case" or a "big case," but as your case. He believes in giving each case the utmost attention and treats his clients like family.
Frank comes from a humble background. He was born to working-class parents and grew up in New Jersey across the bay from Staten Island. Frank worked in warehouses, his uncle's garage, and as a truck driver and member of the Teamsters Union before moving to Philadelphia and returning to school to study law.
Frank received his law degree cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. During law school, Frank worked full time as a paralegal for a catastrophic injury firm while attending law school during the evenings. Frank focused on trial advocacy at Temple Law, where he won several honors and awards participating in Temple Law’s nationally recognized Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, including the Barrister’s Award.
After law school, Frank practiced as an associate for a personal injury lawyer before joining a boutique catastrophic injury firm in Philadelphia, litigating cases across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At the end of 2020, Frank and his family moved to New Hampshire, where Frank expanded his practice to add general civil litigation, estate planning, and small business services.
In the course of his career, Frank has been involved in litigating hundreds of cases, including many six and seven-figure injury claims, ranging from car accidents and premises liability cases to Section 1983 Civil Rights claims, prison suicides, sex abuse cases, and medical malpractice claims.
Frank is a proud husband and father of seven children (four girls and three boys). He is a devout Catholic, a voracious reader, a lover of music, film, history, and boxing, and knows his way around the kitchen. His wife would tell you he's also a talented musician and singer.
Frank is also devoted to his newfound home in Franklin, New Hampshire. He serves as Vice President of the Franklin Historical Society and is actively involved in the Franklin Falls Business Group, which works to engage the local business community for the betterment of Franklin through a strong downtown scene.
